సూర్యోదయానికి ఏ తిథి ఉంటే ఆ రోజునే ఆచరణ. ఒక తిథి రెండు రోజులకు విస్తరిస్తే క్యాలెండర్ కాదు — నియమమే రోజును ఎంచుకుంటుంది; సంప్రదాయాల మధ్య తేడా వచ్చేది సరిగ్గా ఆ నియమంలోనే.The observance day is decided by which tithi prevails at sunrise.
